Required License in Good Standing Sample Clauses

Required License in Good Standing. (a) If the Contractor or any of the Contractor's staff are required to be licensed or certified to provide any of the services under this Contract, the required license or certification must be in good standing at all times during the term of the Contract. (b) In the event that a required license or certification is suspended, or has any limitations or restrictions are placed on it, the Contractor shall immediately notify the DSHS contact person listed on page 1 of this contract.
