Required Provisions for Subcontracts. Design Professional shall include at a minimum a copy of the following provisions in any contract they enter into with a subconsultant: California Labor Code sections 1771, 1771.1, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1810, 1813, 1815, 1860 and 1861.
