Required Provisions of Bylaws. The bylaws of the Charter School shall provide that the Charter School may not enter into any contract for comprehensive school management or operations services (“Management Contract”) without first submitting such Management Contract to SED for review. The Charter School shall further incorporate within its bylaws, or duly establish pursuant to such bylaws, procedures for the termination of the Management Contract as provided herein.
