Report Due Dates. With exception of the monthly Vehicle Ridership Form, the reports listed in section 3 should be submitted to WICHITA on a quarterly basis as follows: REPORTING PERIOD REPORT DUE DATE October 1-December 31 January 15 January 1- March 31 April 15 April 1-June 30 July 15 July 1- September 30 October 15
Report Due Dates. If an Organizer is obligated to provide reports or other information on a date that falls on a holiday or weekend, the Organizer may provide such reports or other information on the next business day after the holiday or weekend.

Pursuant to Paragraph 2.3 of the Charter, the Organizer has agreed that it shall not provide instruction to any student attending the Charter School until and unless: (a) the Organizer issues a written statement to the Charter Schools Director, attesting to the Organizer's substantial completion in a timely manner, of all Prior Actions, and (b) the Charter Schools Director shall have confirmed in writing the substantial completion of such Prior Actions. The Prior Actions required of the Organizer are as set forth in this Attachment, and shall be completed during the calendar year of the start of the first year of operation in the time periods set forth hereunder.
Report Due Dates. For purposes of this Agreement, a final report will be submitted along with the request for reimbursement.
