Required Reporting Submission. The Provider shall submit reports according to the reporting requirements specified in Exhibit . In the case of an anticipated delay in meeting this requirement, the Provider shall submit a written justification for the delay and a request for an extension to the contract manager prior to the expiration of the submission deadline. Only submittals received by the due date or pursuant to an approved extension will be considered timely. All due dates not specifically identified are calendar days.
