Required Signature on Evaluation Documents. Consistent with Policy 4870 the SSP employee must sign all documents related to evaluations that are placed into the official District personnel file/record of the SSP employee. Signatures will be submitted electronically as required within the District’s evaluation program. The SSP employee’s signature does not indicate agreement with the content of such material. The SSP employee will be provided with a copy of the signed document, or have access to print the signed document.
