Required State Assurances. The grantee must comply with the applicable State Assurances included within the State Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS), Section III, Subpart B, _.14, which are incorporated herein for all purposes as though set forth word for word.

Required State Assurances. The grantee must comply with the applicable State Assurances included within the State Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS), Section III, Subpart B, _.14, or any other guidance published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts that supersedes UGMS, which are incorporated here by reference in the award terms and conditions.
