Required Training CoursesThe Trust shall provide courses or pay the costs of enrollment and materials for each housestaff officer for any training it requires (e.g., BLS, PALS, ACLS).
Required Training Courses. 6 Employees attending training courses required by state regulations or District policy as a condition of 7 employment will be paid by the school district, at the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay if it is 8 during the employee’s normal work hours, plus any fee, tuition, or transportation costs (including 9 mileage when using own vehicle). If the course is taken outside the employee’s normal work hours, 10 reimbursement will be according to Schedule A.

If, due to an extended absence, personal difficulties, or other unusual reasons, a Resident Physician is unable to complete a required course offered by the hospital, she/he shall complete such training at his/her own expense. Required and optional courses offered in-house including PALs are available to all interns and residents at no cost; attendance is contingent upon their respective Program Director’s approval and ability to release the intern/resident to attend the training; in the alternative, the intern/resident may attend such courses off hours. In the event that AHS does not offer any of the above training courses in-house, AHS will reimburse all resident physicians for the total cost of the training courses.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Training Courses 16.4.1 Training courses, as well as the minimum and maximum numbers of trainees per course provided for the Buyer’s personnel, are defined in the applicable training course catalog published by ANACS (the “Training Course Catalog”) and will be scheduled as mutually agreed upon during a training conference (the “Training Conference”) that will be held as soon as practicable after signature of this Agreement and no later than May 31, 2007. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the training curricula used for training performed under such circumstances shall enumerate any differences that exist between the non-customized material and Buyer’s detailed specification. (iv) Training data and documentation necessary for training detailed in Appendix A to this Clause 16 will be and will not be revised. Training data and documentation will be marked “FOR TRAINING ONLY” and as such will be supplied for the sole and express purpose of training. (v) Upon the request of the Buyer [*], the Seller will collect and pack for consolidated shipment to the Buyer’s facility, all training data and documentation of the Buyer’s trainees attending training at the Seller’s Training Center.   • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.
