Common use of Required Vote Clause in Contracts

Unless a greater vote is required by the Act, the Formation Certificate or this Agreement, the affirmative vote or consent of Members entitled to vote or consent on such matter assuring a majority of the Sharing Ratios of all Members is required to take or approve any action requiring a Member vote.
