Requirement 3 Clause Samples

Requirement 3 establishes a specific obligation or standard that must be met within the context of the agreement or policy. This clause typically outlines a particular action, condition, or level of performance that parties are expected to fulfill, such as adhering to certain safety protocols, providing documentation, or meeting a deadline. By clearly defining this requirement, the clause ensures that all parties understand their responsibilities and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes regarding what is expected.
Requirement 3. To be eligible for promotion or placement, candidates must meet the minimum qualification standards prescribed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Meth- ods of evaluation for promotion and placement, and selection for training which leads to promotion, must be con- sistent with instructions in part 300, subpart A, of this chapter. Due weight shall be given to performance apprais- als and incentive awards.
Requirement 3. Approved details and amendments to them. This requirement provides that where any documents have been certified under Article 46 (certification of plans etc.) and where any plans, details or schemes have been approved by LBB (or any other body responsible for approval under the Order), ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may submit for approval in writing any amendments to those documents, plans, details or schemes and, if approved by the approving body, those documents, plans, details or schemes are to be taken to include the amendments approved by the approving body. Any amendments should not be approved unless it has been demonstrated that that the subject matter of the approval sought is unlikely to give rise to any materially new or materially different environmental effects which are worse than those assessed in the Environmental Statement. This approach has precedent in the Longfield Solar Farm Order 2023, noting that the ability to amend approved documents generally is well precedented across many Orders.
Requirement 3. Pi’s fault probability and subgroup fault probability are νi and µi, respectively Ensure: for each Pi, compute RTi and LTi for (i ← 1 to m) do Compute optimal OTi using Algorithm 1 on input (m, (µi + νi − µi · νi), f ) for (i ← 1 to m) do reliability ← 0
Requirement 3. 4: The structure of the Information Package MUST be extensible to meet additional local or business-specific needs.
