Requirement for additional documents. The Borrowers shall not be deemed to have complied with Clause 15.2 above until the Agent has received in connection with the additional security certified copies of documents of the kinds referred to in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule 3, Part A and such legal opinions in terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders from such lawyers as they may select.

The Borrowers Borrower shall not be deemed to have complied with paragraph (i) of Clause 15.2 above 15.1 until the Agent has received in connection with the additional security certified copies of documents of the kinds referred to in paragraphs 32, 4 3 and 5 of Schedule 3, Part A and such legal opinions in terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders from such lawyers as they may select.

The Borrowers Borrower shall not be deemed to have complied with Clause 15.2 above 16.1(i) until the Agent has received in connection with the additional security certified copies of documents of the kinds referred to in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule 3, 3 Part A and such legal opinions in terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders from such lawyers as they may select.
