Common use of Requirement of Law Clause in Contracts

Requirement of Law. The term “Requirement of Law” shall mean, with respect to any Person, any judgment, statute, law, code, act, order, writ, rule, ordinance, regulation, governmental consent or governmental requirement, or determination or decree of any arbitrator, court, or other governmental agency or administrative body, which now or at any time hereafter may be applicable to and enforceable against the relevant Person, work, or activity in question or any part thereof.

Requirement of Law. The term “Requirement of Law” shall meanCollectively, all international, foreign, federal, state and local laws, statutes, treaties, rules, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents or authorities, including the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with respect to any Personthe enforcement, interpretation or administration thereof, and all applicable administrative orders, directed duties, requests, licenses, authorizations and permits of, and agreements with, any judgmentGovernmental Authority, statute, in each case whether or not having the force of law, code, act, order, writ, rule, ordinance, regulation, governmental consent or governmental requirement, or determination or decree of any arbitrator, court, or other governmental agency or administrative body, which now or at any time hereafter may be applicable to and enforceable against the relevant Person, work, or activity in question or any part thereof.

Requirement of Law. The term “Requirement of Law” shall mean" means, with respect as to any ------------------ Person, the certificate of incorporation, by-laws, operating agreement or other organizational or governing documents of such Person, and any judgment, statute, law, codetreaty, act, order, writ, rule, ordinance, regulation, governmental consent rule or governmental requirement, regulation or determination of an arbitrator or decree of any arbitrator, court, a court or other governmental agency or administrative bodyGovernmental Authority, which now or at any time hereafter may be applicable to and enforceable against the relevant Person, work, or activity in question each case binding upon such Person or any part thereofof its property or to which such Person or any of its property is subject.

Requirement of Law. The term “Requirement Any foreign, federal, state and local law, rule, regulation, injunction, standard, code, limitation, restriction, condition, prohibition, notice, demand or other requirement, determination, decision, order or ruling of Law” shall meana court or other Governmental Authority or an arbitrator, with respect applicable to any or binding upon a Person, any judgment, statute, law, code, act, order, writ, rule, ordinance, regulation, governmental consent of its property or governmental requirement, any business conducted by it or determination or decree of any arbitrator, court, or other governmental agency or administrative body, to which now or at any time hereafter may be applicable to and enforceable against the relevant such Person, work, or activity in question any of its property or any part thereofbusiness conducted by it is subject.
