Requirements before an Emergency. The SUPPLIER must have an Emergency Response Plan whose final version must be approved by ENEL. This document describes the organization, resources, and measures which shall help to control an emergency. The SUPPLIER shall make its personnel and its subcontractors aware of the Plan. The SUPPLIER must introduce and comply with all fire and explosion standards and regulations required by ENEL or those required by the Competent Authorities. The SUPPLIER must cover all costs associated with the medical assistance and first aids for its personnel and that of its subcontractors.
