In any other case the Bank may only provide banking information if the customer has, in general or in the particular case, expressly agreed thereto. Banking information is only provided to the credit institutions own customers and to other credit institutions for their own purposes and those of their customers; such information is only provided if the person requesting it substantiates a credible legitimate interest in the information requested.

  • Disclosure Review; Confidentiality of Information The Dealer agrees that it shall have reasonable grounds to believe, based on the information made available to it through the Prospectus or other materials, that all material facts are adequately and accurately disclosed in the Prospectus and provide a basis for evaluating the Shares. If the Dealer relies upon the results of any inquiry conducted by another member or members of FINRA, the Dealer shall have reasonable grounds to believe that such inquiry was conducted with due care, that the member or members conducting or directing the inquiry consented to the disclosure of the results of the inquiry and that the person who participated in or conducted the inquiry is not the Dealer Manager or a sponsor or an affiliate of the sponsor of the Company.

  • Disclosure of Financial Information Lender is hereby authorized to disclose any financial or other information about Guarantor to any governmental authority having jurisdiction over Lender or to any present, future or prospective participant or successor in interest in the Notes.   • Tax Reporting Information The Grantee is required to report any foreign specified property (including Shares acquired under the Plan) to the Canada Revenue Agency on Form T1135 (Foreign Income Verification Statement) if the total cost of the Grantee’s foreign specified property exceeds C$100,000 at any time in the year. The form must be filed by April 30th of the following year. Foreign specified property also includes unvested Restricted Stock Units (generally at nil cost) if the C$100,000 cost threshold is exceeded because of other foreign specified property. The Grantee should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine his or her reporting requirements.
