The Contractor shall maintain at the Site one copy of all Drawings, Specifications, addenda, approved submittals, contract modifications, and all Project correspondence. Concurrently with furnishing these record drawings, the Contractor shall furnish a preliminary copy of each operating and maintenance manual (O&M) required by the Contract Documents, for review by the A/E and the ODR. 6.2.4 Once determined acceptable, the Contractor shall provide to Owner mylar prints of professionally drafted “As-Constructed” drawings, along with an electronic copy on CD, “As-Constructed” specifications in bound volume(s) along with an electronic copy on CD, two sets of photocopies or prints of the mylar “As-Constructed” drawings, two sets of operating and maintenance manuals, two sets of approved submittals, and other record documents as required elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
