Materials & Workmanship. The Contractor shall execute Work in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall develop and provide a Quality Control Plan specific to this Project and acceptable to the Owner. Where Contract Documents do not specify quality standards, the Contractor shall complete and construct all Work in compliance with generally accepted construction industry standards. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall incorporate all new materials and equipment into the Work under the Contract.

All devices and materials shall be a quality intended for commercial or industrial applications as appropriate. The Provider shall execute Work in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the Contract Documents and manufacturers requirements.   • Quality of Materials and workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.

  • Materials and Supplies The cost of materials and supplies is allowable. Purchases should be charged at their actual prices after deducting all cash discounts, trade discounts, rebates, and allowances received. Withdrawals from general stores or stockrooms should be charged at cost under any recognized method of pricing, consistently applied. Incoming transportation charges are a proper part of materials and supply costs.

  • CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the Work. The Contractor shall take whatever measures it deems necessary to insure that all employees, suppliers, fabricators, material men, subcontractors, or their assigns, comply with this requirement. 8.2 The Contractor shall ensure that Texas Department of Health licensed individuals, consultants or companies are used for any required asbestos work including asbestos inspection, asbestos abatement plans/specifications, asbestos abatement, asbestos project management and third-party asbestos monitoring.
