Requirements for Service Eligibility. To be entitled to receive Service the Customer must do the following: (a) Troubleshoot with Xxxxxxx. Customer is required to reasonably troubleshoot with Xxxxxxx’ Technical Support personnel to verify the nature of the problem before returns for repairs are authorized by Xxxxxxx. Service may be refused if Customer is unwilling to provide detailed information about the failure or isolate defective components or Equipment from hospital inventory.
