Requirements of Governmental Agencies. Landowner shall assist and fully cooperate with Company, at no out-of-pocket expense to Landowner, in applying for (including signing in Landowner's name, if necessary), complying with, completing or obtaining, as applicable, any land use permits and approvals, building permits, zoning variances, subdivision requirements, environmental impact reviews or any other approvals required for the financing, construction, installation, replacement, relocation, maintenance, operation or removal of the Solar Facility Equipment. Landowner shall make available to Company copies of all field surveys, environmental, geological and other site assessments, surveys, plans and other such records of Landowner related to the Leased Property and the Adjacent Property.
