C.21C, as amended) and with any direction of any public officer or officers, pursuant to law, which shall impose any duty upon Landlord or Tenant with respect to and arising out of Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises, the Building or any other portion of the Property. If Tenant receives notice of any violation of law, ordinance, order or regulation applicable to the Premises, the Building or any other portion of the Property, it shall give prompt notice thereof to Landlord.

If Tenant Lessee receives notice of any violation of law, ordinance, order or regulation applicable to the Demised Premises, the Building or any other portion of the Property, it shall give prompt notice thereof to LandlordLessor.
