REQUIREMENTS OF LESSEE. Employees of Lessor shall not perform any work or do anything outside of their regular duties unless under special instruction from Lessor. Lessee shall give Lessor prompt notice of any defects in the water, sewage, gas pipes, electrical lights and fixtures, heating apparatus, or any other service equipment.
