REQUIREMENTS OF PARTNERSHIP DISTRICTS. A. The district will submit a district K-8 aggregated file as required by Public Act 144 of 2022 Section 104h. The submission of a district aggregated file to MI Data Hub is stated as a viable option in the MDE 2022-23 Benchmark Assessment Fact Sheet and FAQ document updated on November 3, 2022 starting on page 12. The district has provided a district K-8 aggregated file to MDE since spring 2021.
