Common use of Requirements of the Laws Clause in Contracts

Requirements of the Laws. To comply with the requirement of the Laws for healthcare, environmental protection and fire safety as well as sanitary-epidemiological requirements, other requirements of the Laws and instructions of the authorized bodies/entities, applicable to the activity of the Lessee and any persons authorized by the Lessee to access the Premises. To inform the Lessor within two (2) Business Days upon receipt of any notice directly related to the Premises, from any competent body/entity.
