Common use of Requirements Regarding Propaganda and Advertising Clause in Contracts

Requirements Regarding Propaganda and Advertising. I acknowledge and agree: (a) that statements or demonstrations (whether verbally, in writing or by any act or omission) regarding political, religious or racial matters may be contrary to the objects and interests of CA, and that sanctions may be imposed on me for any such statements or demonstrations; (b) other than as provided in clause 12, I may not allow my name, image, likeness, person or performance in the Team to be used by any party for advertising, sponsorship, endorsement or promotional purposes for the period of this agreement; and (c) other than as provided in clause 12, I may not now or at any time in the future allow an image of me in team uniform or official clothing to be used by any party for advertising, sponsorship, endorsement or promotional purposes, unless approved by CA.
