Requisition for Use by a Government of an Engine. In the event of the requisition for use by the U.S. government (including for this purpose any agency or instrumentality thereof), for a period in excess of 60 days, of any Engine (but not the Airframe) during the Term not constituting an Event of Loss, Lessee will replace such Engine hereunder by substituting another engine for such Engine in accordance with the terms of Section 8(d) to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect to such Engine, and any payments received by Lessor or Lessee from the U.S. government with respect to such requisition shall be paid over to, or retained by, Lessee or its designee.
