Common use of Requisition of Title to Vessel Clause in Contracts

Requisition of Title to Vessel. In the event that title or ownership of the Vessel shall be requisitioned, purchased or taken by any government of any country or any agent thereof, the lien of this Mortgage shall be deemed to attach to the claim for compensation, and the compensation, purchase price, reimbursement or award shall be payable to the Mortgagee. The Mortgagor shall promptly execute and deliver such documents, if any, and shall promptly do and perform such acts, if any, as in the opinion of the Mortgagee may be necessary or useful to facilitate or expedite the collection by the Mortgagee of such compensation, purchase price, reimbursement or award.
