Resale of Data. The LICENSEE shall not reproduce or distribute or disseminate the transferred database files in bulk but only (1) in response to an individual record inquiry and (2) in accordance with Article V 1 thru 3. “In bulk” shall include, but is not limited to, via multiple records or on CD-ROM or other electronic or optical media.
