Resale Value. 1.1. Along with the information set out in Section 6.1 of the Agreement, Lenovo shall also include the final purchase price for any Device with resale value in the Settlement Report. 1.2. Lenovo will pay Customer for any Device that Lenovo determines can be reconditioned or otherwise has resale value. Lenovo will take title to and dispose of all Other Devices (Devices that are determined not to have resale value) in accordance with the Agreement without the payment of any purchase price by Lenovo.
