RESCISSION FEE. The Borrower may elect not to borrow all or any portion of the CFC Commitment in which event CFC shall release the Borrower from its obligations hereunder, provided the Borrower complies with such terms and conditions as CFC may impose for such release including, without limitation, payment of any rescission fee that CFC may from time to time prescribe.
