Concession Fee. In consideration of the grant of the Concession, the Concessionaire shall during the Concession Period, pay to the Authority by way of concession fee a sum of Rs. [●]7 per annum in the manner laid down in Article 24.3.1(a), increased at 05% (five percent) year on year basis. In the event the Concessionaire undertakes either or both of Optional Development Obligations in accordance with Article 12.6.1 and Additional Services in accordance with Article 21.3, then the Concessionaire shall be liable to pay to the Authority, 15% (fifteen) percent of the actual Revenue from such Optional Development Obligations and Additional Services, as the case may be (“Additional Concession Fee”). The Concessionaire shall maintain a separate record for monthly Revenue from such activities. The record will detail tariff and other details of the Revenue generation and shall be audited and certified by the Statutory Auditor of the Concessionaire. The Revenue generation from such activities and corresponding records shall be reviewed by the Independent Expert on quarterly basis for assertion of the actual Revenue.
Concession Fee a The Concessionaire shall pay to the Rogi Kalyan Samiti of the Hospital an amount of Rs _ _ in each Quarter as Concession Fee for Dialysis services provided at Hospital under the scheme or 20% of the gross total income generated from the facility in that quarter whichever is higher. For purpose of calculation of revenue earned from patients referred from Government hospitals the Rates for Dialysis Services as approved in Schedule- C will be taken into consideration. However the cost towards procurement of Dialysis Kits will not be included towards calculation of concession fees. c The amount of Premium payment / concession fees so received by the RKS will be fully utilized by it for providing free services to the patients eligible for free services coming to the Dialysis Services facilities of the said hospital as per provisions mentioned under Article 6 of this Agreement and cannot be utilized for any other purpose until further Government orders. RKS or the Hospital Authorities will pay the service charges to the Private Partner against xxxx raised by the Private Partner for such cases after satisfactory verification of documents by accounts section of the hospital as per existing Government Order.
Concession Fee a The Private Partner (PSP) shall deposit the fixed concession fee or 20% of gross revenue earned from patients referred from Government Hospitals and Private Cases from MRI facilities on a quarterly basis to the Rogi Kalyan Samity of the Hospital. For purpose of calculation of revenue earned from patients referred from Government hospitals the Rates for 16 Slice CT Scan Services as approved in Annexure C will be taken into consideration including the rate approved for all other incidental charges including extra charges towards contrast studies. However the cost towards procurement of contrast material will not be included towards calculation of concession fees. b The concession fee shall be deposited / issued in the account of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of the Hospital by the Concessionaire for each Quarter not later than 10th working day of the following month of each of the completed Quarter. c The amount of Premium payment / concession fees so received by the RKS will be fully utilized by it for providing free services to the patients eligible for free services coming to the MRI facilities of the said hospital as per provisions mentioned under Article 6 of this Agreement and cannot be utilized for any other purpose until further Government orders. RKS or the Hospital Authorities will pay the service charges to the Private Partner against xxxx raised by the Private Partner for such cases after satisfactory verification of documents by accounts section of the hospital as per existing Government Order. d Failure to deposit Premium fee by the Private Partner (PSP) for a given quarter within the due date as per terms of the agreement shall result in termination of the agreement as described under Article 11.

Concession Fee. Contractor shall pay to Concessionaire (the “Percentage Fee”) of all payments collected for Activities, based on the descriptions and costs and fees contained in Exhibit “B” from Resort(s) Guests and Patrons (the “Gross Sales”). The term “Gross Sales” shall not include payments from Hotel Guests and Patrons to Contractor for incidental fees and services, limited to fair-market fuel costs, fishing gear, customs fees, immigration fees, and gratuities. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, under no circumstance should the Gross Sales for any Activity be less than the applicable amount set forth in Exhibit “B”. Gross Sales for the booking or sale of any Activity will be collected by Concessionaire on the Guest or Patron’s Resort(s) room charge account. Concessionaire will automatically deduct the Percentage Fee from the applicable payment that Concessionaire makes to the Contractor. Such payment Concessionaire to Contractor shall be on a twice- monthly basis paid within seven (7) business days of (i) the last-day of each month and (ii) the fifteenth (15th) day of each month and shall include the Percentage Fees for the Gross Sales of the previous half-month period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, both parties agree that Concessionaire is not obligated to make any payments to Contractor, nor shall it have any right to deduct its Percentage Fee, until the Resort(s) shall have paid Concessionaire the Gross Sales for the booking and sale of any particular Activity. Furthermore, Contractor shall submit a full report to Concessionaire within three (3)business days of each billing cycle detailing all activities delivered by Contractor to Guests. In addition to the “Percentage Fee”, contractor shall pay TWO AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (2.5%) to Contractor for processing fees related to the processing and collection of payments from Guest or Patron’s credit cards. Contractor agrees that should it cancel a pre-booked Activity due to factors other than mechanical issues, weather-related events, Acts-of-God Concessionaire shall be entitled to payment equal to the Guest or Patron’s cost and payment for the cancelled Activity plus five percent (5.00%).
