Research License Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that Celldex shall not owe any payment for the initial twelve (12) months of a Research License Period with respect to each Research Antigen. For each extension of such Research License Period hereunder, within thirty (30) days of providing written notice to Medarex of Celldex’s desire to extend the Research License Period with respect to a Research Antigen, Celldex shall pay the amount set forth in Section 5.2
