Research Review Committee Sample Clauses

Research Review Committee. The members of the Research Review Committee shall review each proposed research proposal in good faith, to among other things, determine whether such research proposal can be performed in accordance with this Agreement and any other applicable agreements then in existence. To the extent that a research proposal was referred to the Consortium by a member of the Research Review Committee, the referring member shall have a non-voting role in any discussions among the Research Review Committee that relates to such research proposal.   • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund.
