Reseller Security Measures. Through the APEX Console, Reseller may have access to Customer and/or End User data. Reseller agrees to implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security procedures and measures, that are no less stringent than those required of Dell in the AISMA, to preserve the security and confidentiality of such data.
