Common use of RESERVATION INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION INFORMATION. At the time the reservation is made, you must provide written confirmation to the Cardholder including the following information: (a) the Cardholder’s name, Credit Card number (using only the last four digits of the card number ensuring the leading digits are not recorded) and expiry date as embossed on the Credit Card; (b) the confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain); (c) the reserved accommodation rate; (d) the exact name and physical address of your Establishment; (e) any other appropriate information relating to the Cardholder’s rights and obligations, or reservation; and

RESERVATION INFORMATION. At the time the reservation is made, you must provide written confirmation to the following information and you must also give the Cardholder including the following informationwritten/email confirmation of: (a) the Cardholder’s name, Credit Card number (using only reserved accommodation rate and the last four digits of the card number ensuring the leading digits are not recorded) and expiry date as embossed on the Credit CardTransaction amount; (b) the confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain); (c) the reserved accommodation rate; (d) the exact name and physical address of your Establishment; (c) a confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain it); (d) that you will hold the accommodation for the number of nights paid for; (e) any other appropriate information relating that the deposit will be applied to the Cardholder’s rights and obligations, or reservationfinal bill; and
