Common use of RESERVATION INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION INFORMATION. At the time the reservation is made, you must provide the following information and you must also give the Cardholder written/email confirmation of: (a) the reserved accommodation rate and the Transaction amount; (b) the exact name and physical address of your Establishment; (c) a confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain it); (d) that you will hold the accommodation for the number of nights paid for; (e) that the deposit will be applied to the final bill; and

RESERVATION INFORMATION. At the time the reservation is made, you must provide written confirmation to the Cardholder including the following information and you must also give the Cardholder written/email confirmation ofinformation: (a) the reserved accommodation rate Cardholder’s name, Credit Card number (using only the last four digits of the card number ensuring the leading digits are not recorded) and expiry date as embossed on the Transaction amountCredit Card; (b) the confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain); (c) the reserved accommodation rate; (d) the exact name and physical address of your Establishment; (c) a confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain it); (d) that you will hold the accommodation for the number of nights paid for; (e) that the deposit will be applied any other appropriate information relating to the final billCardholder’s rights and obligations, or reservation; and
