At the time the reservation is made, you must provide the following information and you must also give the Cardholder written/email confirmation of: (a) the reserved accommodation rate and the Transaction amount; (b) the exact name and physical address of your Establishment; (c) a confirmation code (and advise the Cardholder to retain it); (d) that you will hold the accommodation for the number of nights paid for; (e) that the deposit will be applied to the final bill; and
