Reservation of Cell. (a) The Client may at any time request Viterra to reserve a Cell for use by the Client. (b) Viterra has no obligation to agree to a request by the Client to reserve a Cell for the Client. However, if Viterra agrees to reserve a Cell, that agreement may be subject to: (i) the Client paying the Cell reservation fee specified by Viterra; and (ii) any time limits on the Cell reservation specified by Viterra. (c) If Viterra agrees to reserve a Cell (and the Client pays the Cell reservation fee), Viterra will not, during the reservation period, move the quantity of Grain owned by the Client from the relevant Cell without the Client’s consent.
