Common use of Reservation of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the dismissal of this Action and entry and filing of Final Judgment, the Court shall retain jurisdiction for purposes of interpreting and enforcing the terms of this Agreement.
