Common use of Reservation of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the dismissal of and entry of a judgment on the Released Claims, the Court shall retain jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing the terms of this Agreement and implementing the Settlement, including the issuance of injunctions against actions brought by DBNTC Trusts Settlement Class Members in violation of the Final Approval Order and Judgment.
