Common use of Reservation of Right to Amend Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Right to Amend. With respect to the benefits provided to Employee in accordance with Section III.E., the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any and all of the plans, practices, policies and programs at any time without recourse by Employee so long as such action is taken with respect to senior officers or management generally and does not single out Employee.
