Reservation of Right to Disable SIDC. 5.1. The Borrower shall reserve the right to revoke the authorization of a SIDC User to use a SIDC for any reason. 5.2. The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently disable a SIDC, de-activate a SIDC User’s Account or both.
