Common use of Reservation of Right to Terminate Relationship Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Right to Terminate Relationship. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall restrict the right of the Company to terminate the Optionee’s consulting relationship referred to in Section 3(a) with the Company at any time, with or without cause. The termination by the Company of the Optionee’s consulting relationship referred to in Section 3(a), shall have the results provided for in Sections 3 and 4 of this Agreement.
