Reservation or Dedication of Land for Public Use. Development of the Project Site requires public facilities to support the operations and services and development of affordable housing. Developer shall make available, reserve or dedicate, as required, land or facilities as provided in the Parks and Open Space Plan, Community Facilities Obligations and the Housing Plan to support the construction, operations and services on the Project Site in accordance with the terms of the DDA.
