RESERVATION PROCEDURES. On its public website xxx.xxxxxx.xxx and on TRANS@ctions, GRTgaz publishes the Daily Capacity available on the Upstream Network. This data is updated regularly. The Shipper acknowledges being informed thereof and undertakes to check the aforementioned website for any content update prior to making a Reservation in compliance with the provisions specified in Section B. With the exception of annual Firm Capacity at PITD and PITS, and of automatically allocated capacity at PITTM, the requests for Capacity and access to Auxiliary Services submitted by the Shipper for multi-annual, annual, seasonal, monthly and daily Reservations on Upstream and Downstream Networks are made via TRANS@ctions or the PRISMA platform.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES. Reservations will not be considered final until all paperwork has been submitted and processed, and arrangements have been confirmed by the Events Assistant. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis; to ensure fairness telephone reservations are not accepted. A minimum of five (5) working days should be allowed for processing reservation requests. Reservations may be requested for up to six (6) months in advance.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES. A. RESERVATIONS: Reservations and payments can be made in person, by phone, or online. The guest listed on the reservation will have to check in with proper I.D. No one other than the guest on the registration will be able to receive passes or check in. Guests staying for one month or longer will be required to purchase an Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI) tag, which provides guests with unlimited entry into the park for the duration of their stay. The tag must be affixed by a park employee to the inside of the vehicle’s windshield. Park staff will program each tag at check-in. Tags will cost $5.00 dollars each, and there is a maximum of two (2) tags allowed per R.V. or tent camping space. There will be a $5.00 reservation fee assessed by Astra for every reservation made regardless of form of payment.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES. Federal travelers in official travel status should normally obtain their rental vehicle through their Commercial Travel Office (CTO) or Travel Management Center (TMC) which includes the Defense Travel System (DTS) or E-GOV Travel Services (ETS). When required, travelers may also book their reservations through company’s web site, counter walk-up service or by telephone if the CTO or TMC is not available. Rental car reservation agents receiving telephone requests will quote current Government rates, verify participating locations and hours of operation and advise renters of vehicle pick up and drop off locations. In the rare event of an unavoidable situation that requires a traveler in official travel status to book a rental car at a rate other than the Government rate through an online or other commercial travel system, the Company will change the reservation to a Government rate at the request of the traveler. The rate change request must occur before the traveler signs the rental contract. Rental rates confirmed by the company will be guaranteed and honored for 60 days from the time of reservation. Repeated Company failure to honor reservations will be grounds for placing individual locations in non-use until satisfactory remedial measures are effected. Charge card numbers will not be required to make reservations. A confirmation number and the local rental location telephone number will be provided at the time a reservation is made. The toll free number for reservations is shown in Appendix D. In addition, a confirmed reservation will be held for a minimum of 2 normal business hours after renters' scheduled flight arrival time, or after scheduled pick up time where flight time is not known. For city/suburban locations, if the traveler is late in picking up the vehicle, the Company will provide a vehicle within thirty (30) minutes of the traveler’s arrival.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES. A rooming list schedule is required as indicated below: At signing Initial Rooming list - Period One (1) and Two (2), arrivals start on 07-21-13 08-18-13 by 5:00 PM (HST) Updated Rooming list - Period Three (3) and Four (4), arrivals start on 09-01-13 09-15-13 by 5:00 PM (HST) Updated Rooming list - Period Five (5) and Six (6), arrivals start on 09-29-13 12-01-13 by 5:00 PM (HST) Updated Rooming list - Period Seven (7) and Eight (8), arrivals start on 12-15-13 Rooming list must include the guest’s first and last name, room type, exact arrival and departure dates. All reservations made by rooming list will be guaranteed for arrival to the Master Account. Reservations requested after the Cut-Off date shall be confirmed based on room availability at the group rate. The Hotel does not confirm reservations to individual attendees in writing.

The Hotel may offer individuals the opportunity to make online reservations by way of a web site at such web address as the Hotel provides to the Group. Attendees will reference (Code) when making online reservations. All room reservations will need to be made by the reservation cut-off date. The reservation cut-off date shall be Day/Month/Year at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Reservations received after this date for room nights in the Room Block will be accepted by the Hotel on a space available basis at the applicable Confirmed Room Rate and will be counted toward the Guest Room Minimum. All cancellations received by the Hotel before the reservation cut-off date will revert to the Room Block. On the reservation cut-off date, the Hotel will place any unreserved room nights from the Room Block back into inventory for resale. In addition, if any reservations for room nights within the Room Block are cancelled after the reservation cut-off date, the Hotel will also place those room nights back into inventory for resale. The Hotel will require a deposit in advance from each individual guest to guarantee the guest's particular reservation. The deposit will be in the amount of one night's room revenue plus applicable taxes. Payment of the deposit may be made in accordance with applicable Hotel policy. At the Group’s discretion, specific reservations (for the Group's staff, speakers and VIPs) may be guaranteed to the Master Account. Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited. The Group does not guarantee payment for no shows (subject to any applicable room attrition charges) except for those reservations guaranteed to the Master Account. The Group shall publicize the Hotel’s advance deposit requirements to the individuals planning to attend the Conference. Should a guest cancel a reservation, refund of the deposit and/or cancellation fees will be in accordance with the general policy for the Hotel at that time (currently a refund is given if an individual's reservation is canceled at least five days before arrival). The Hotel shall allow name changes at any time at least fourteen (14) days before the date of arrival without any charge or penalty (provided there is no change in the reservation other than the change of name). RESERVATION PROCEDURES. Wholesaler will communicate with HALF MOON’s reservations staff as described on Exhibit A as applicable, when securing lodging reservations. At the time of booking, Wholesaler must identify itself as a wholesaler and provide all relevant details regarding the reservation, including any extra persons. Unless otherwise agreed, Wholesaler must provide, in writing, all deposited reservations, with names, dates of stay, room types and transaction numbers, within 72 hours of confirmation. If Wholesaler fails to comply with this requirement, HALF MOON cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of the reservation.

Tent spaces are limited to a 12x12 area, larger tents requiring more than one space will be charge for each an additional tent space. No more than 4 persons per each tent. Ancillary shade structures are not permitted. Tent and vehicle tags must be clearly displayed. A 3 day minimum will be required for reservations during the month of March. INITIALS C. RESERVATION DEPOSITS: A One Month’s Rent Deposit will be collected for monthly reservations. Reservation deposits are required to hold a space and shall be applied towards the first month’s rental space. Reservations are non-transferable. In addition, a $100.00 Dollar Electrical Deposit will be required at check- in. INITIALS D. CHANGES OF RESERVATIONS: Because each space must be booked with exact arrival and departure dates, staff must know of any change in your plans. Only one change of arrival date will be allowed. No further changes of reservation or cancelations are permissible. No refunds. In all cases, this change must be justified by a personal emergency or health reason. Staff will deny a reservation change if it imposes scheduling conflicts on other guests.
