Room Availability. All meetings held must be open to the public as they are subject to the Open Meeting Law. Should special accommodations pursuant to ADA regulations be requested for a non-library sponsored program, the group/sponsor is responsible for providing said accommodations (ex. sign language interpretation). There will be no exclusion from the use of the rooms based on points of view, beliefs, or affiliations of the sponsors or participants provided the event does not interfere with Library operations and safety or violate applicable law. However, use of meeting rooms may be denied to any group or individual by the Library Director for just cause, including, but not limited to, failure to abide by library rules or policies. Appeal of such denial of access may be made in writing to the Board of Library Trustees. Room Availability. 3.1 Bedroom accommodation is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, unless specific alternative arrangements have been agreed with the Hotel. Extension beyond these times shall entitle the Hotel to impose additional charges. 3.2 Other rooms booked for the Event are available from the times specified in the Appendix and any extension beyond these times shall entitle the Hotel to impose additional charges. 3.3 In the unlikely circumstances that the Hotel does not have the number and types of rooms available at the Hotel on the dates required for the Event, the Hotel reserves the right (without liability) to relocate the Event to an alternative Hotel of a similar standard in the same locality. 3.4 If a particular room, which has been booked by the Client, is unavailable at the Hotel on the required dates, the Hotel reserves the right (without liability) to relocate the client to an alternative room of a similar standard within the same Hotel. 3.5 Any reasonable expenses incurred for relocation shall be borne by the Hotel. The acceptance of this obligation (which will not release the Client of the obligation to pay the Hotel the relevant charges) shall be in lieu of all other liabilities or obligations. The Hotel reserves the right to accept more than one event on a particular day. If the Client wishes to obtain exclusive use of the Hotel for their Event, this may be arranged for an additional charge. If the Client wishes, due to commercial sensitivity or other reasons, to specify that the Hotel should not host certain other clients from a similar industry during the course of the event then this may be arranged for an additional charge.
Room Availability. Provide IT with access to offices and computer equipment as needed. IT does not have access to individual office so please make sure if you are not available at the time of service to let us know of someone in your department to assist us.
Room Availability. 1.7.1. The contractor shall have the minimum double or single occupancy rooms, as noted below, set aside until each UTA BPA call is issued for that month. The current schedule for UTA’s and SUTA’s will be provided to the Contractor by the COR or the Contracting Officer. After the RSD BPA Call is issued or the Contracting Office notifies the contractor, then all rooms may be released to the public and Guard members are accommodated on an as-available basis. 1.7.1.2. Split Regularly Scheduled Drill (SRSD). SRSDs shall require a Saturday night SRSD block of rooms. SRSDs shall be negotiated with the contractor ahead of time on the required number of blocked rooms. The number of rooms will be minor compared to the RSDs. SRSD block rooms shall be notified at the same time as RSD rooms are reserved. The rooms shall not be required to be held once the RSD BPA Call is either issued or rooms are released. The Contracting Officer may request additional dates on an as needed basis. After the RSD BPA Call is issued or the COR or Contracting Office notifies the contractor, then all rooms may be released to the public and Guard members are accommodated on an as-available basis. 1.7.1.3. Three Day Drills (TDD). TDDs shall require Thursday, Friday and Saturday block of rooms. RSD blocks shall consist of a minimum of 110-120 individuals for two or three nights. This would equate to an estimated 330 to 360 stays. The RSD block of rooms shall be held by the Contractor until a BPA call is issued for that month or the Contracting Office notifies the contractor that they may release the remaining rooms to the public. Room Availability. Principals will assign the blocks of rooms for grade level, teams, or subject areas. After this assignment has been determined, teachers will have priority in choice of available rooms based on district seniority, except in instances of teacher accommodation as may be required by the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar laws, or student IEP accommodation.

  • System Availability Although we will try to provide continuous access to the Service, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time and will not be liable in the event Service is unavailable. Actual service or network performance is dependent on a variety of factors outside of our control. If you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours and we confirm an outage consisting of a period of two (2) hours in any calendar month, and not due to any service, act, or omission of you, a third party, your applications, equipment or facilities, or reasons outside of our control, you shall be eligible for a service credit. A service credit shall be computed as a pro-rated charge for one day of the regular monthly fees for the Service in the next monthly statement. Intermittent service outages for periods of less than two (2) hours are not considered service outages. Outages caused by routine scheduled maintenance are also not considered an outage. You shall receive advance notice no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of our scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be performed between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.
