Common use of Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 2024-1 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Reserve Account”) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 2024-1

Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 2024-1 3 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Reserve Account”) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 2024-13

Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer Servicer, for the benefit of the Series 1999-3 Certificateholders, shall establish and maintain, maintain with the Trustee or its nominee in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 2024-1 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Reserve Account”including any subaccount thereof) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the other property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20241999-13 Certificateholders (the "Reserve Account").

Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242006-1 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “"Reserve Account”") bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242006-1

Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242004-1 5 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “"Reserve Account”") bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242004-15

Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 2024-1 Certificateholders, Securityholders an Eligible Deposit Account (the “"Reserve Account”") bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20241998-12

(a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242002-1 Certificateholders3 Holders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “"Reserve Account”") bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242002-13

(a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242005-1 6 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “"Reserve Account”") bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242005-16

(a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242000-1 Certificateholders2 Holders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “"Reserve Account”") bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242000-12

(a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242009-1 Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Reserve Account”) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242009-1

(a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242000-1 CertificateholdersC Holders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Reserve Account”) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 2024-1

(a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Series 20242001-1 Certificateholders5 Holders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Reserve Account”) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein and the property credited thereto are held for the benefit of the Series 20242001-15
