Reserve Auction. Unless otherwise indicated, all Vehicles offered for sale are subject to a reserve price. If bidding does not reach the reserve price, the Seller may elect to decline all bids and/or withdraw the Vehicle listing from the TradeRev System.

Reserve Auction. The Property(ies) set forth in Exhibit A shall be auctioned “with reserve.” The Parties shall mutually agree to the “Reserve Price” for each Property, and the “Reserve Price” shall be set forth on Exhibit A next to the Property description. Seller hereby agrees that it shall accept any bid meeting or exceeding the Reserve Price for each Property. The Parties further agree that the Reserve Price shall remain confidential, and shall not be disclosed to any third-party without the advance written consent of the Seller, Auctioneer, and Broker.
