Reserve Coverage Ratio. The Borrower shall maintain a Reserve Coverage Ratio as of the last day of each Reference Period of not less than the following: (i) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, 9.0:1.0; (ii) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, 8.0:1.0; and (iii) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, 7.0:1.0.

Reserve Coverage Ratio. During the period from and including the Effective Date to September 30, 2018, Parent Guarantor and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, will not permit the Reserve Coverage Ratio as of the Effective Date and as of the delivery date of each Reserve Report to be less than 1.25 to 1.00.

  • Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio at the end of any fiscal quarter (calculated as of the end of each such fiscal quarter for the four-fiscal quarter period ending on such date) to be less than 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Asset Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Asset Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.50 to 1 at any time.

  • Cash Flow Coverage Ratio The ratio of (a) the Company’s Cash Flow to (b) the sum of (i) the Company’s consolidated Interest Expense plus (ii) the Company’s scheduled payments of principal (including the principal component of Capital Leases) to be paid during the 12 months following any date of determination shall at all times exceed (1) 1.5 to 1.0. Compliance with the ratio will be tested as of the last day of each month, with Cash Flow and Interest Expense being calculated for the twelve months then ended.

  • Minimum Debt Service Coverage Ratio As of the first day of each fiscal quarter for the immediately preceding consecutive four fiscal quarters, the ratio of Combined EBITDA to Combined Debt Service shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrowers shall not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio, calculated as of the end of each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters then ended, to be less than 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Interest Expense Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDA to (b) Consolidated Interest Expense, in each case for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending after the Effective Date, to be less than 4.0 to 1.0.
