Common use of Reserve Letters Clause in Contracts

Reserve Letters. On the date hereof and on the Closing Date, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letters. On the date hereof of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. LP shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters underwriters with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to reserve and other operational information contained in the Disclosure Package Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letters. On the date hereof and on the Closing Date and any Option Closing Date, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

LP shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the UnderwritersInitial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters Initial Purchasers with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to reserve and other operational information contained in the Disclosure Package and the ProspectusOffering Memorandum.

Reserve Letters. On the date hereof of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Company, L.P. Inc. shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, a reserve report confirmation lettersletter, dated the respective dates date of delivery thereof and addressed to the UnderwritersInitial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters initial purchasers with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Disclosure Package Time of Sale Information and the ProspectusOffering Memorandum.

LP shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the UnderwritersInitial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters Initial Purchasers with respect to its audits the reserve and other operational information as of the reserves of the Company referred to December 31, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 contained in the Disclosure Package and the ProspectusOffering Memorandum.

LP shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the UnderwritersInitial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters Initial Purchasers with respect to its audits the reserve and other operational information as of the reserves of the Company referred to December 31, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 contained in the Disclosure Package and the ProspectusOffering Memorandum.

On the date hereof and on the Closing Date, Xxxxx Rxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the UnderwritersInitial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters Initial Purchasers with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to in the Disclosure Package and the ProspectusOffering Memorandum.

Reserve Letters. On the date hereof and on at the Closing Date, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
