(Add if the Minister serves as a Reserve or National Guard Chaplain): The Board and Minister recognize the benefits and challenges of having a Minister serve as a Chaplain in the Reserve or National Guard. The Board and Minister will work together to ensure the needs of the Congregation are met during periods of military service by the Minister.
