Common use of Reserve Periods Clause in Contracts

Reserve Periods. 1. Flight Attendants who are on reserve duty will be notified of a Reserve Availability Period (RAP) for each day of reserve duty, except when assigned a multi-day pairing. Such RAPs will include an on-call period of no more than fifteen (15) hours. A RAP is not considered to be duty time. Standard RAPs will be published in the monthly bid package. RAPs may be adjusted by the Company due to operational necessity.
