Common use of Reserve Provider Undertakings Clause in Contracts

Reserve Provider Undertakings. (a) Except in accordance with this Agreement, the Reserve Provider undertakes that the reserve to be provided to AEMO under this Agreement will not be: (i) offered to the market through any means; (ii) provided or available to be provided pursuant to any other arrangement or agreement, including any demand side management arrangement or agreement, during the period for which reserve is contracted under a reserve contract.
