Reserved Rights and Uses. As of the Effective Date, Grantor uses the Property for agricultural, non-commercial recreational, and limited residential purposes. Under this Easement, Grantor reserves the right to continue these uses, as well as the other uses described in this Section, provided Grantor undertakes such uses only in a manner that is consistent with the Conservation Purposes and any other specific standards related to a particular use below. In some cases, this Easement conditions the right to undertake a reserved use on Xxxxxxx’s advanced written approval according to the provisions of Section 8.3. Xxxxxxxx to Chapter 123, Public Laws 1975, the Board hereby agrees that every employee of the Board shall have the right freely to organize, join and support the Association and its affiliates for the purpose of engaging in collective negotiations and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection.   • Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership 5.1. You acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights (including any new Intellectual Property Rights) arising out of or in connection with the Access Products and associated Documentation, belong at all times to Us or Our licensors.

  • Rights and Privileges All participants enrolled in courses pursuant to the CONTRACT shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges to which other CONTRACTOR students are entitled, including, but not limited to, special instruction, use of facilities on CONTRACTOR’s premises such as the libraries and learning centers, counseling, student body activities, and veterans’ benefits. CONTRACTOR’s representatives will provide academic counseling for participants and inform them of CONTRACTOR’s services available to them.

  • Copyrights and Patents When the RECIPIENT creates any copyrightable materials or invents any patentable property under this Agreement, the RECIPIENT may copyright or patent the same but ECOLOGY retains a royalty free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, recover, or otherwise use the material(s) or property, and to authorize others to use the same for federal, state, or local government purposes.
